dc.description.abstractThe square-wave adsorptive stripping voltammetric behaviour of cysteine at the physiological pH (7.40) has been optimised with respect to accumulation time, accumulation potential, scan rate and drop size. This study describes the application of voltammetry to studies on the interaction of cysteine with monosaccharides.en_US
