Karşılaştırmalı Fıkıh Açısından Orucu Bozan ve Bozmayan Durumlar

Abstract

Oruç ibadeti, önceki semavi dinlerde olduğu gibi İslam dininde de temel görevlerden birisidir. Oruç ibadeti mü'mine sabrı ve yardımlaşmayı öğretir, birlik ve beraberlik ruhunu insana aşılar. Bazı davranışlar da var ki; orucu bozar. Bu davranışlar mezheplere göre kaza veya keffâret gerektirir. Karşılaştırmalı fıkıh açısından orucu bozan ve bozmayan durumlar adlı tezimizde orucu bozan ve bozmayan şeyleri dört sünnî mezhepteki farklılıklarıyla inceledik. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde oruç ibadetinin tanımı, önemi ve tarihçesi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde öncelikle orucun bozulması (iftar) kavramı, sonrasında orucu bozan ve bozmayan durumlar ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise oruçla ilgili tartışmalı meselelere yer verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde de konunun genel bir değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Worship of fasting is one of the basic duties in Islam just like in previous divine religions. Worship of fasting teaches believer patience and helping each other. It imbues the soul of unity and solidarity. However there are some behaviours break the fast and these behaviours necessitate make up or redemption in terms of sects. We viewed things which break the fast and don't break the fast with differences in four sunni sects in our thesis called circumstances which break the fast and don't break the fast in terms of comparative fiqh. Our thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, it was viewed the definition of fasting, the importance of fasting and the history of fasting. In the second chapter, firstly it was viewed the concept of the breaking of the fast and then the circumstances break the fast and don't break the fast. In the third chapter, it was evaluated contradictive matters about fasting. In conclusion, the topic was evaluated generally. Key Words: Fasting, The breaking of the fast, Sect, Fiqh, Compare
