Bis[2-(ethylamino)ethanol-kappa N-2,O]bis(saccharinato-kappa N) Cadmium(II)

Abstract

In the centrosymmetric title complex, [Cd(C7H4NO3S)2(C4H11NO)2], the CdII ion is coordinated by two saccharinate (sac) anions and two N,O-bidentate 2-(ethyl-amino)ethanol ligands, displaying a distorted octa-hedral coordination. Pairs of mol-ecules are doubly bridged by O - H⋯O hydrogen bonds and these dimers are further linked by weak C - H⋯π(sac) inter-actions. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.
