Abstract
Bu çalışma Samsun ekolojik şartlarında bakla bitkisinin, tarımının geliştirilmesine katkı sağlamak ve Samsun şartları için uygun genotipi ve kullanım şekilini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme kışlık olarak 15 genotip 3 kontrol çeşit ile birlikte 3 tekrarlamalı tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde yürütülmüştür. Genotiplerin gözlem ve ölçümleri taze hasat döneminde ve kuru hasat döneminde ayrı ayrı alınmıştır. Çiçeklenme süresi ve bakla bağlama süresi belirlenen genotiplerin, taze hasat döneminde 2.33-6.33 kez hasadı yapılmıştır. Genotipler 125.67-127.0 günde % 50 çiçeklenmeye ve 166.33-169.0 günde bakla bağlama süresine ulaşmışlardır. Bakla bağlama süresi bakımından genotipler arasında istatistiki farklılık belirlenmiştir. Taze hasatta meyve ağırlığı 4.56 (G2)-12.16 (G17) g, meyve sayısı 3.33 (G16)-14.00 (Eresen-87) adet, meyve uzunluğu 8.21 (G3)-14.44 (G5) cm, potasyum % 2.71 (G6)-3.65 (G4), NIR ile belirlenen kuru madde oranı % 9.59 (G8)-12.39 (G6), bezelye kalibrasyon seti ile belirlenen ham protein oranı % 14.74 (G17)-23.26 (Seher) olarak tespit edilmiştir. Kuru tane amaçlı gözlemlerde; bitki boyu 42.00 (G16)-68.07 (Eresen-87) cm, bakla sayısı 5.09 (G16)-14.70 (G8) adet, dal sayısı 2.27 (G5)-3.87 (G14) adet, tane ağırlığı 1.38 (G14)-16.26 (G13)g, Ca % 0.14 (G13)-0.66 (G14), K % 2.93 (G16)-3.93 (G18), Mg % 0.09 (G13)-0.23 (G16), P % 0.41 (G15)-0.49 (G14), kül % 4.01 (G13)-6.66 (G16), ham lif % 12.53 (Lara)-21.23 (G14), nişasta % 12.58 (G2)-34.91 (G13), kimyasal yöntem ile belirlenen ham protein oranı % 19.85(G16)–26.81(G14) olmuştur. Kuru hasattan elde edilen kalite özelliklerinden istatistiki farklılık gösteren Ca, P, ham lif, kimyasal yöntem ile belirlenen ham protein oranları ve agronomik özelliklerden dal sayısı G14 genotipinde daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Taze meyve özellikleri dikkate alındığında Seher ve Lara çeşirtleri ilk sırada yer almışlardır. G5, G13 ve G17 hatları ise bu çeşitlerle aynı puanı alıp dikkat çeken hatlart olmuşlardır. Kuru tane amaçlı kullanımda da her üç tescilli çeşiti G9 ve G13 hatları gfeçmiş, G10 ve G17 hatlkarı aynı puanı almışlardır.
This experiment was carried out in Samsun ecological condition to contribute the development of the cultivation of Faba bean and to determine both appropriate genotype and type of cultivation under Samsun ecological condition. The experiment was done in winter with 15 genotypes, 3 registered varieties with randomized complete block design with three replications. Genotypes were observed and measured during fresh pods and at the harvesting time. Determined genotypes were harvested both flowering period and podding period at 2.33-6.33 during fresh pod harvesting term. Genotypes reached flowering period at 125.67-127.0 days. 50% of plants were reached flowering at 125.67-127.0 days while 166.33-169.0 days at the podding term. There were statistical differences between genotypes in the duration of the podding period. Weight of harvested green pods where 4.56 (G2) --12.16 (G17) g, number of green pods were 3.33 (G16)-14.00 (Eresen-87) pod, pod length 8.21 (G3)-14.44 (G5) cm, potassium continent were % 2.71 (G6)-3.65 (G4) , the dry matler rate determined by NIR is %9.59, the crude protein ratio determined by the pea calibration set is % 14.74 (G17)-23.26 (Seher). Observations made of dry grain, plant height were 42.00 (G16)-68.07 (Eresen-87) cm, pod number 5.09 (G16)-14.70 (G8) pod, branch number 2.27 (G5)-3.87 (G14), seed weight 1.38 (G14)-16.26 (G13)g, Ca % 0.14 (G13)-0.66 (G14), K % 2.93 (G16)-3.93 (G18), Mg % 0.09 (G13)-0.23 (G16), P % 0.41 (G15)-0.49 (G14), ash % 4.01 (G13)-6.66 (G16), crude fiber % 12.53 (Lara)-21.23 (G14), starch % 12.58 (G2)-34.91 (G13),determined crude protein rate with chemical were found % 19.85(G16)–26.81(G14). Percentage of crude protein determined by the chemical method was found to be higher in G14 genotype. Fresh seed considering saher and Lara genotypes were highly founded.
