Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Alliaceae (1 pırasa, 1 sarımsak, 1 soğan), Apiaceae (1 havuç, 1 maydanoz), Asteraceae (5 marul), Brassicaceae (2 beyaz baş lahana, 1 brokoli, 1 brüksel lahana, 1 hardal, 1 karnabahar, 1 kırmızı baş lahana, 1 roka, 1 şalgam, 1 tere, 2 turp, 1 yaprak lahana), Chenopodiaceae (1 ıspanak, 1 şekerpancarı), Compositae (1 ayçiçeği), Cucurbitaceae (3 hıyar, 2 kabak, 2 karpuz, 4 kavun), Fabaceae (1 bakla, 1 bezelye, 4 fasulye, 1 nohut, 1 soya), Malvaceae (1 pamuk), Poaceae (1 arpa, 1 buğday, 1 çeltik, 4 mısır, 1 sorgum x sudanotu melezi, 1 tritikale, 1 yulaf), Rosaceae (1 çilek) ve Solanaceae (5 biber, 5 domates, 1 patates, 2 patlıcan, 1 tütün) familyalarından 43 bitki tür ve varyetesinde 71 çeşidin M. luci'ye konukçuluk durumları, kontrollü serada (24±3°C) saksı denemeleriyle değerlendirilmiştir. Bitki çeşitlerinin konukçuluk durumları üreme faktörüne (Rf) göre belirlenmiştir. Testlenen bitki çeşitlerinden, 5'i konukçu değil (Rf=0), 20'si zayıf konukçu (0
The root-knot nematode Meloidogyne luci has the potential to damage economically important crops. However, the knowledge on host status of cultivated plants to this nematode species is very limited. In this study, 71 cultivars of 43 plant species and varieties from Alliaceae (1 leek, 1 garlic, 1 onion), Apiaceae (1 carrot, 1 parsley), Asteraceae (5 lettuces), Brassicaceae (2 white head cabbages, 1 broccoli, 1 brussel sprout, 1 mustard, 1 cauliflower, 1 red head cabbage, 1 arugula, 1 turnip, 1 cress, 2 radishes, 1 kale), Chenopodiaceae (1 spinach, 1 sugar beet), Compositae (1 sunflower), Cucurbitaceae (3 cucumbers, 2 pumpkins, 2 watermelons, 4 melons), Fabaceae (1 broad bean, 1 pea, 4 common beans, 1 chickpea, 1 soybean), Malvaceae (1 cotton), Poaceae (1 barley, 1 wheat, 1 rice, 4 maize, 1 sorghum x sudangrass hybrid, 1 triticale, 1 oat), Rosaceae (1 strawberry) ve Solanaceae (5 peppers, 5 tomatoes, 1 potato, 2 eggplants, 1 tobacco) were evaluated for their host status to M. luci in pot assays in a controlled greenhouse (24±3°C). Host status of plant cultivars was determined based on reproduction factor (Rf). Of the tested cultivars, 5 cultivars were non-host (Rf=0), 20 cultivars were poor host (0
