Abstract
Bu çalışmada siyasal partiler tarafından özellikle seçim döneminde gerçekleştirilen bir siyasal iletişim kampanyasının planlama ve uygulama aşaması incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında ilk olarak siyasal iletişim ve siyasal kampanyalar ile ilgili genel bir çerçeve çizilmiş; son bölümde ise 24 Haziran 2018 genel seçimlerinde AK Parti'nin gerçekleştirdiği siyasal iletişim kampanyası işin mutfağına girilerek detaylarıyla ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma nitel bir araştırma olarak tasarlanmış, çalışmada veri toplama tekniği olarak literatür taraması ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi ise betimsel analiz yöntemine tabi tutularak ele alınmıştır. Bu araştırma ile AK Parti'nin 24 Haziran 2018 genel seçimlerinde planlayarak sahaya yansıttığı siyasal iletişim kampanyası, özellikle planlama aşamalarında gerçekleştirilen uygulamalar, planlayıcı ve uygulayıcı konumunda bulunan kişilerin gözüyle ele alınmıştır. AK Parti'nin 24 Haziran 2018 seçimlerinde gerçekleştirdiği siyasal iletişim kampanyasının yöntemi, stratejisi, bütçe yapısı, teması, mesajı ve hedef kitle analizi gibi unsurlar ile birlikte AK Parti – Yine Ajans iş birliğinin arka planına yönelik ayrıntılı bir harita ortaya çıkartılmıştır. In this study, planning and implementation phase of a political communication campaign carried out by political parties especially during the election period is examined. First of all, a general frame work for political communication and political campaigns is drawn.In the last section, the political communication campaign carried out by the AK Party in the June 24, 2018 general elections was introduced to the kitchen of the work and put forward in detail. This study was designed as a qualitative research, literature review and semi-structured interview was used as data collection technique. The analysis of the data was handled by descriptive analysis. With this research, the political communication campaign that the AK Party planned in the general elections of June 24, 2018 was reflected to the field, and especially the implementations carried out during the planning stages were dealt with from the perspective of planners and practitioners. In this context AK Party's political communication campaign in the June 24, 2018 elections, method, strategy, budget structure, theme, message and target audience analysis, along with elements such as AK Party – Yine Agency cooperation's background has been revealed.
