Hamdi Döndüren'in 'Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an' Adlı Tefsirinde Modern Konuları Yorumlaması

Abstract

Kur'an-ı Kerim tüm insanlığa hitap etmektedir. Onun anlaşılarak muhakeme edilmesinin ve takdim edilen prensiplerin hayata yansıtılarak ahlaklı bir toplum meydana getirilmesine katkıda bulunmasının mühim oluşu, Kur'an'ın doğru izah edilmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Kur'an'ın ihtiva ettiği manaların açıklanması ve muhatabın gönül dünyasına tesir edebilmesine katkı sağlaması ümidiyle çok sayıda tefsir eseri yazılarak neşredilmiştir. Çalışma konumuz olan Prof. Dr. Hamdi Döndüren'in Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an tefsiri İlahiyat alanında son dönemde kaleme alınan eserlerden bir tanesidir. Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an'ın pek çok açıdan incelenmesi mümkündür; fakat modern dönemde tartışılan konuları yorumlama biçimi incelemeye tabi tutularak müellifin ülkemizde tefsir literatürüne yapmış olduğu katkıyı naçizane sunmuş olacağız. Türkiye'de son dönemde yazılmış yeni bir tefsir olması bu başlık altında bilimsel bir çalışmanın yapılmamış olması bizi bu alanda çalışmaya sevk etmektedir. Çalışmamızda Döndüren'in eserde modern konuları yorumlaması, ayetlerin tefsirinde kullandığı metodun tespit edilmesi, moderniteye bakışı ve tartışmaların içinde yer alıp almadığı incelenecektir. Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an'ın beraberinde Döndüren'in tefsir alanında kaleme almış olduğu yayımlanmış diğer eserlerinden istifade edilecektir. Anahtar Sözcükler: Kur'an, Tefsir, Hamdi Döndüren, Modern Konular

The Quran addresses all humanity. The importance of understanding and reasoning about it, and the importance of applying the presented principles to life and contributing to the creation of a moral society necessitates a correct explanation of the Quran. Numerous exegesis works have been written and published with the hope of clarifying the Quran's meanings and contributing to its impact on the spiritual world of its recipients. Our study's subject, Prof. Dr. Hamdi Döndüren's exegesis of Ahkâm al-Qur'an, is one of the recent works written in the field of theology. Ahkâm al-Qur'an can be examined from many perspectives; however, by examining its interpretation of modern issues, we will humbly present the author's contribution to the exegetical literature in our country. The fact that this is a recent exegesis in Turkey, coupled with the lack of a scholarly study on this topic, prompts us to explore this area. This study will examine Döndüren's interpretation of modern issues in the work, the method he used in interpreting the verses, his perspective on modernity, and his involvement in the debates. Along with Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an, Döndüren's other published works on exegesis will be utilized. Keywords: Quran, Tafsir, Hamdi Döndüren, Modern Issues
