dc.description.abstractIn this study, modeling of nonlinear power electronic circuit elements such as inductance and capacitance using transmission line model (TLM) has been studied. Due to the nonlinear characteristics of these elements, there are problems with the switching instants in the power electronic circuits. For this reason, it is very important to determine the nonlinear behavior of these circuit elements. TLM solutions for nonlinear inductance and capacitance are compared with analytical solutions and the proposed technique seems to approach analytical solutions even at low sampling frequencies. © 2018 IEEE.en_US
