dc.description.abstractBu çalışma acil servise başvuran karbon monoksit (CO) zehirlenmeli hastalar ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma akut CO zehirlenmesinde, kanda kalp tipi yağ asidi bağlayıcı protein (H-FABP) düzeylerinin arttığını göstermiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre; CO zehirlenmeli hastaların klinik şiddetinin değerlendirilmesinde ve tedavi planının oluşturulmasında H-FABP yararlı bir parametre olabilir.
dc.description.abstractThis study is performed with the patients presented with carbon monoxide poisoning to the emergency department. This study determined that H-FABP levels are being elevated in patients with acute CO poisoning. According to the results of the study; H-FABP may be a useful parameter in evaluation of clinical severity and planning of management in patients with CO poisoning.en_US
