Sinop İli İç ve Dış Koy ve Limanlarında Yayılım Gösteren İki Omurgasız ve İki Alg Türünde Bazı Ağır Metallerin Birikim Düzeyleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

- Ill - SİNOP ÎLİ ÎÇ VE DIŞ KOY VE LİMANLARINDA YAYILIM GÖSTEREN İKİ OMURGASIZ VE İKİ ALG TÜRÜNDE BAZI AĞIR METALLERİN BİRÎKİM DÜZEYLERİ ÜZERİNDE BÎR ARAŞTIRMA Bu çalışmada, ağır metalleri biriktirme özelliğine sahip ve biyeindika- tör tür elan omurgasızlardan Mytilus galloproy ine ial is ve Patella ceerulac, alglerden Cystoseira barbata ve Enteromerpha linza örneklerinde ağır metal lerden Zn, Cu, Cd, Ni, ve Pb'un birikim düzeyleri araştırılmıştır. Farklı bistopları temsil eden bu türler, Karadeniz'in Sinop çevresindeki kıyıların da saptanan beş istasyondan toplanarak analiz edilmiştir t Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre omurgasız türlerinde Zn 0,338 - 3,7^8 ug/g| Cu 0,390 - 0,556 ug/gj Gd 0,169 - 0,404 ug/g; Ni 0,590 - 1,076 yg/g vo Pb 0,832 - 2,239 VS/s (yaş ağırlık), alg türlerinde Zn 23 - ki ug/gj Cu 23 - ^ ug/g| Cd 0,32 - Otk? ug/gj Ni 6l - 85 ug/g vo Pb 58 - Hk ug/g (kuru ağırlık) değerleri arasında bulunmuştur* Toksik etkiye sahip bu elementlerin, çalışmamızda bulduğumuz değer lerinin, insan sağlığı açısından zararsız olduğu; NüO'nun limit değerlerin den düşük olduğu saptanmıştır o

- IV - ABSTRACT A STUDY ON TEE TWO INVERTEBRATA AND TWO ALGAE SPECIES FOR THEIR HEAVY METAL BUILD UP ON THEIR RESPECTIVE LEVELS THOSE TEND TO LIVE IN SINOP PROVINCE'S INNER AND OUTER HARBORS OR COVES During these studies from the view point of accumulation of heavy me tal on their respective levels and as a bioindicator species, in the samples of invertebrata Mytilus galloprov inc ial is and Patella coerulae and from the algae Cystoseira barbata and Enteromorpha linza were searched for heavy metal ©f Zn, Cu, Cd, Ni and Pb and their build up levels. These species which represent the different biotops were picked up from five different stations of Sinop Blacksea environ and were analyized. According to the result of the studies the following figures are obtain ed on the invertebrata species, thus: Zn 0,338 - 3»7^8 ug/g} Cu 0,390 - 0,356 ug/g; Cd 0,169 - 0,404 ug/g; Ni 0,590 - 1,076 ug/g and Pb 0,832 - 2,239 ug/g (wet weight), in the algae species Zn 23 - ^1 ug/g» Cu Z^> - Mf ug/g; Cd 0,32 - 0,V? ug/g; Ni 61 - 85 ug/g enâ- Fb 58 - UlA ug/g (dry weight). These elements that have toxic characteristics, have found harmless to the human being and had low limit values by WHO.
