Batılı Mühtedilerin Hz. Muhammed Algısı: Muhammed Esed Örneği

Abstract

İslam tarihi aynı zamanda ihtidâlar/mühtedîler tarihidir. İslam tarihi kaynaklarında bu konuya değinilmekle birlikte pek fazla irdelenmediği gözlemlenmektedir. Biz de bu alana katkıda bulunmak amacıyla önemli bir mühtedî düşünür olan Muhammed Esed'in siyer algısı üzerine bir çalışma yaptık. Araştırma giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Amacımız, hakkında pek çok konuda çalışmalar yapılan Esed'in incelenmemiş bir yönü olan Hz. Muhammed tasavvuru üzerinde yoğunlaşarak, bu konuda Batılı bir mühtedî algısını yakalamaya çalışmaktı. Birinci bölümde Muhammed Esed'in hayatını, eserlerini ve düşünce dünyasının geçirdiği devinimleri aktardık. İkinci ve çalışmamızın özgün olan bölümünde Muhammed Esed'in İslam Peygamberi tasavvurunu ele aldık. Esed'in müstakil bir siyer eseri olmadığından, eserlerinin tamamını tarayarak bu algıyı anlamaya ve aktarmaya çalıştık. Mekke ve Medine dönemlerinin sonunda ayrı ayrı değerlendirmeler yaptık. Son olarak Esed'in Hz. Muhammed'i ıslahatçı, devrimci ve insanlığa her anlamda muazzam bir örnek olarak gördüğünü ve onun öğretilerinin bugün de, yarın da daima önemsenmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşarak bu konuda değerlendirme yaptık. History of Islam is at the same time the history of proselytes. It is observed that the sources of Islamic history have not been discussed much, although this issue has been mentioned. We also conducted a skepticism study on Muhammad Asad, an important thinker who shot the 20th century seal in order to contribute to this field. The research consists of entrance, two main parts and the final result. Our aim was to investigate many aspects of Asad's unexamined direction, Hz. Muhammad, concentrating on the concept, tried to capture the Western perception of the matter. In the first part, we conveyed Muhammad Asad's life, his works and the movements of thought world. In the second and unique part of our work, we have tried to answer this question, how is the Prophet of Islam perceived with a minor point of view. Since Asad is not an independent sirah, we tried to understand and convey this perception by scanning the entire works. At the end of the Mecca and Medina periods, we made separate evaluations. Finally, we have assessed by reaching the conclusion that Muhammad Asad's in this topic that he regarded the Prophet Muhammad as a great example of the reformer, the revolutionary, and the human being in every sense, and that his creeds should always be considered today and tomorrow.
