| dc.description.abstract | The interaction of nicotinamide (NA) with NH4VO3 at the physiological pH (pH 7.4) was studied by voltammetry and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The reduction of V(V) ions complexed with NA in phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) was observed as a well-defined reversible reduction peak at -0.35 V. The stoichiometric (metal:ligand) ratio of the complex of V(V) with NA was determined as 1:2 by the mole ratio method. | en_US |
