Samsun Çarşamba Ovası Sebze ve Meyvelerde Bitki Zararlısı Afit (Hemiptera:Aphididae) Faunasının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 2021 - 2022 yılında Samsun Çarşamba Ovası'nda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çarşamba Ovası'ndaki farklı bitkiler üzerinde ve farklı zamanlarda örneklemeler yapılarak afit örnekleri toplanmıştır. Toplanan örneklerin laboratuvarda preparasyon işlemleri yapılmıştır. Prepasyon işlemleri tamamlanan numunelerin, taksonomik yönden önemli olan özelliklerinin incelenmesi ve literatürle karşılaştırılması neticesinde tür tayinleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın gerçekleştirildiği sahada Aphididae familyası içinde bulunan 15 cins içinden 29 adet türün dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Teşhis işlemleri gerçekleştirilen 29 afit türünden Aphis triglochinis Theobald, 1926 türünün Türkiye'nin afit faunası dahilinde yeni kayıt olduğu tespit edilmiş ve Türkiye afit faunası 633 tür ile temsil edilmeye başlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında belirlenmiş olan türlerin sinonim, morfolojik, biyolojik özellikleri ile üstünde bulunduğu konak bitki grubu, dünya geneli dağılımı, Türkiye'deki dağılımı ile bu araştırmanın gerçekleştiği sahadan toplanan örneklerin hangi bitki türlerinden örneklendiğine dair bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışma alanından tespit edilmiş olan 29 türden populasyon yoğunluğu en fazla Aphis gossypii Glover, 1877 ve Myzus persicae (Sulzer, 1877) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın, Aphididae türleri ile ilgili gelecekte yapılacak olan araştırma ve çeşitli çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı tahmin edilmektedir. Diğer yandan Türkiye afit faunasına da önemli ölçüde katkı sağlayacağı değerlendirilmektedir.

This study was carried out in Samsun Çarşamba Plain in 2021 and 2022. Aphids were collected on different plants by sampling at different times in the Çarşamba Plain. Permanent preparations of the collected materials were made in the laboratory. Diagnoses were made as a result of examining the taxonomically important characters and comparing them with previously identified species. It was determined that 29 species of 15 genera in the family Aphididae were distributed in the research area. It has been determined that Aphis triglochinis Theobald, 1926 species, out of 29 identified aphid species, is a new record for the Turkish aphid fauna, and the number of the aphid species was increased to 633. For each determined species; yynonym, morphological and biological characteristics, the group of host plants on which they live, their distribution throughout the world, their distribution in Turkey and the plant species on which the samples collected from the research area are sampled were given. The most abundant species among 29 species determined from the study area were Aphis gossypii Glover, 1877 and Myzus persicae (Sulzer, 1877). It is thought that this research will contribute to the future studies on faunistic, taxonomic and control of Aphididae family species, which are economically important. In addition, it is considered that it will make an important contribution to the aphid fauna of our country.
