Abstract
107 ÖZET İlköğretim 6. 7. ve 8. sınıflarda resim-iş programının uygulanmasında öğretmenin rolü ile ilgili olarak hazırlanan bu tezde kaynak araştırması yapılmış ve konu ile ilgili anket düzenlenerek öğretmenlerce verilen yanıtlara göre değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Sanatın yetenek işi olduğu, sanat eğitiminin de sanatçı yetiştirmek için verildiği düşüncesi toplumumuzda yaygın bir kanıdır. Eğitim sistemimiz hazır bilgiye ve ezbere dayandığı için düşünce üretmeyi, özgür düşünebilmeyi çocuklarımıza öğretme de güçlük çekiyoruz. Çocuktan gelişim basamakları göz önüne alınmadan çok güzel resimler beklenmekte. Yaptığı resimler sertçe eleştirilmektedir. Önemli olan çocuğun yapamadığı beceremediği zamanlarda hemen olumsuz eleştiri, olumsuz tepki göstermeyip, yaklaşık bile olsa yapabildiği her davranışı ve çabayı desteklemektedir. Bu şekilde çocuk takdir duymak için daha iyi ve daha güzel yapmaya çalışır, çabalar ve bir süre sonunda gerçekten becerir. Sanat eğitimi tecrübeyi gerektirir. Çünkü kendine özgü kesin bir metodu yoktur. Her sanat eğitimcisinin bir metodu vardır. Çocuğun yalnızca öğretimi değil, onun tüm yeteneklerinin ifade aracı olan 'resim-iş yöntemi' ile geliştirilmesi, başlı başına bir uzmanlık işidir. Resim dersi için öğretmenin yapacağı en büyük yardım konular üzerinde konuşmasıdır. Çocuğa resim yaptırabilmek için her şeyden önce doğayı sevdirmek gerekir. Çocuğun doğayı sevebilmesi için doğayı iyi görmesi, incelemesi, bütün duyguları ile onu yaşaması şarttır. İyi bir öğretmeni olmadıkça çocuk yıllarca çizgi, leke, renk, biçim gibi kompozisyon öğelerini aynı yönde tekrarlamaya koyulur, dolayısıyla bu davranış onu derin bir isteksizlik ve bunalıma doğru sürükler. Sanat eğitimcisinin her bir çocuk arasındaki bireysel farklılıkları ciddiye alması önemli görülmektedir. Bunun için çocuklara yoğun bir ilgi göstermeli, her birinin yeteneğinin diğerinden farklı olduğunu bilmeli ve ona göre yardımcı olmalıdır.
108 ABSTRACT At this thesis prepared concerned with teacher's role for the art-work programme application for 6th,7th,8th classes of primary education school, Resource research was made and a poll was arranged concerned with the subject and evaluation was made in accordance with the teachers' answers. It is a common opinion that art is an ability work and thought that art education is given to train artist. We are in trauble to teact our children to be able to think freely and to produce thought because our education system is based on ready knowledge and memorizing. Art education requires experience. Because it hasn't got its certain method.Each teacher and each art educator has his method.lt is mainly a specialty work not only to educate the child and also to develop child's all ability through painting-work method. For painting lesson the teacher's best help is to speak about the subjects. To make the child love the nature is necessary to make him make painting. He must see and examine the natuire well and live it with all his sense. Human doesn't love what he doesn't see. know and live. Very good painting has been expected the child to make without taking into cosideration his development stages. His paintings are crisized cruelly. It is the best behaviour to support the child for his all behaviours and efforts without any negative reaction also even for his inabilties, so child tries to do his best in order tp please the adults and finally he becomes successful. However child repeats the line, spot,colour,figures at the samedirection for uears without a good tecaher, therefore thisd kind of behaviour takes himself towards an unwillingness and trouble. Individual differences of each child seems to be important to be taken into consideration by art educator. For this reason art educator must pay extreme interest to the children and know that each one's ability is different from the other one and help according to mis.
