4,4′-(N-Phenyl-2,2′-Imino­diethano­xy)­diphthalo­nitrile

Abstract

Polymeric phthalocyanines, which can be used as dyes and industrial high-technology materials, were described. Polymeric phthalocyanines were found to be of great interest because of their high thermostability. It was found that the three atomic rings in the molecule are essentially planar. The crystal structure was found to be stabilized by intermolecular C- H···N contacts.
