dc.description.abstractAbdominoscrotal hydrocele is rare in children, especially in infants. The presented case is a 3.5-month-old baby with abdominoscrotal hydrocele. This is the first reported bilateral and the youngest case. Diagnostic work-up based on sonography established the diagnosis.en_US
