Sünnet Sosyolojisi Bağlamında Bireysel ve Toplumsal Şiddet

Abstract

Kişi ya da grupların birbirlerine üstünlük, hâkimiyet sağlama çabalarının sonucu şiddeti doğurmaktadır. Bu durumun daha çok siyasi, ekonomik, dini nedenler bağlamında yoğunlaştığı görülmektedir. Çünkü grupların kendini tanımlaması siyaset, din, coğrafya, etnik kimlik, cinsiyet, sosyo-ekonomik durumlar üzerinden yapılmaktadır. Özellikle son zamanlarda şiddet olgusu din, mezhep, coğrafya, milliyet, renk farkı gözetmeksizin bütün insanlığı kuşatan bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışma, giriş ve sonuç kısımları hariç üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, sosyoloji ve hadis verileri bağlamında kavramsal olarak şiddeti ve sünnet sosyolojisi kavramını ele almaktadır. İkinci bölüm, şiddetin hadis literatüründe nasıl ele alındığına yöneliktir. Üçüncü bölüm ise, toplumsal şiddet karşısında Hz. Peygamber'in örnekliğinden istifade etmenin ilkesel tespitlerini ve toplumsal birlikteliğe zarar verecek unsurlardan hareketle İslam'ın oluşturmayı hedeflediği toplumsal yapının esaslarına işaretle şiddeti ele almaktadır. Sonuç bölümünde ise toplumsal hayatta ihtilafların kaçınılmaz olduğu bununla birlikte sünnet sosyolojisi dikkate alınarak şiddeti kontrol edebilmenin esaslarına dair değerlendirmeler yer almaktadır. The result of attempts by people or groups to achieve superiority and dominance gives rise to violence. This situation is more concentrated in the context of political, economic and religious reasons. Because groups define themselves through politics, religion, geography, ethnic identity, gender, socio-economic conditions. Especially in recent times, the phenomenon of violence has become a problem that encompasses all humanity regardless of religion, sect, geography, nationality and color. This study consists of three parts except the introduction and conclusion parts. In the first chapter, the concept of violence and the sociology of sunnah are examined in the context of sociology and hadith data. The second section focuses on how violence is handled in the hadith literature. In the third chapter, in the face of social violence, the determination of benefiting from the example of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was made as principle. In addition, violence was dealt with in the context of the social structure that Islam aims to create, based on elements that could harm social cohesion. In the conclusion section, there are assessments about the inevitability of conflicts in social life and the principles of controlling violence considering the sociology of sunnah.
