Der Einsatz Von Phantastischen Kinder- Und Jugendliteratur Im Deutsch Als Fremdsprache Literaturunterricht

Abstract

Türkiye'de yabancı dil öğretimi geleneksel yöntemlere bağlı kalınarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Tekdüzelik, ezbere dayalı, öğretmen odaklı ve gramer ağırlıklı Almanca dersleri öğrencilerin derse karşı mesafeli durmasına, yabancı dili etkin bir şekilde kullanamamasına sebep olmaktadır. Almanca dersine öğrencilerin sınav odaklı çalışması ve öğrendiklerini tekrar etmemeleri istenilen kalıcı öğrenmeyi sağlayamamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, daha etkin, kalıcı, üretime dayalı, öğrenci odaklı ve eğlenceli bir dil öğretim sürecinin oluşturulmasına yönelik uygulamalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunun için geleneksel yabancı dil öğretim yöntemleri yerine alternatif yöntemler olarak adlandırılan, üretime ve eyleme dayalı yöntem, sahnesel yorumlama yöntemi, üretimsel yöntem ve bilgi içerikli, edebi olmayan metinler yerine de fantastik çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatı eserleri getirilerek örnek ders planları geliştirilmiştir. Bu ders örnekleri Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Almanca Öğretmenliği Bölümünde okuyan üçüncü sınıf öğrencileriyle 'Edebi Metin İnceleme' dersinde uygulanmıştır. Uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında yapılan anket çalışmalarından ve öğrencilerin uygulama süresince tuttukları günlüklerden faydalanılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın kuramsal bölümünde fantastik çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatı, üretime ve eyleme dayalı yöntem, sahnesel yorumlama yöntemi, üretimsel yöntem, dil öğretiminde edebiyatın yeri ve önemi gibi konular ayrıntılarıyla tanıtılmıştır. Uygulama 'Edebi Metin İnceleme' dersinde gerçekleştirilmiş olup yabancı dil derslerinde de uygulanabilir. Foreign language education in Turkey is carried out mostly via traditional methods. Routinized, rote-learned, teacher based, grammar based German lessons cause students to adopt an indifferent attitude the lesson and have an inefficient use of the foreign language. Students learn exam-oriented and do not revise the subjects. Thereby the desired sustainable learning does not arise. Hence, permanent learning cannot be provided in any way. In this study, therefore, the applications for actualization of more effective, permanent, productive, student based and fun language learning process were carried out. For this, sample lesson plans were developed by bringing alternative methods like productive and activity based method, scenic interpretation method, generative method instead of traditional foreign language methods and fantasy children and youth literary works rather than informative, non-fiction texts. These were applied with the third grade students in Ondokuz Mayıs University German Language Teaching Department in Literary Works Review course. The survey before and after practice, and the diary reflection of the students during the practice were the data obtained. In conceptual part of the study, fantasy children and youth literature, productive and activity based method, scenic interpretation method, generative method, the role and importance of literature in language learning were defined in detail. Application of the study was carried out in 'Literary Works Review' course, but it can also be applied in language teaching courses.
