Abstract
In today's world, where rapid adaptation to the changes required by the age is necessary, businesses now carry out most of their activities through information and communication technology. Thanks to these technologies, the activities of businesses can be carried out electronically, and the evaluation of a large amount of data is provided quickly and easily. In simple terms, enterprise software can be defined as managerial efforts that support the conduct of the business's activities in an electronic environment. Enterprise software is essential in business because it improves operational capabilities and supports efficient operation and strategic decisions. In this study, the enterprise software usage of businesses operating in sectors other than forestry and fishing, mining, quarrying and finance, with more than 10 employees and located in T & uuml;rkiye and within the European Union (EU) member states, will be analysed in 2023, within the framework of data provided by the European Statistical Office (Eurostat). Within the scope of the study, the use of enterprise software in businesses will be analysed using a case study method based on secondary data obtained from Eurostat. The study aims to reveal the strengths and areas of improvement in enterprise software integration of businesses located in T & uuml;rkiye.
