dc.description.abstractIn order to make effective the process of teaching and learning, it is necessary to establish a peculiar relationship between teachers and students who are the actors of the process. In another words, it should be established a kind of very specific tie between teachers and students. Through empathic thought and behaviour teachers can give importance to their students and seem more human and more sincere towards them. In this article it is dealt with role modelships of teachers who have advisable role on pyschosocial, religious and moral development of the students.en_US
