dc.description.abstractIV SUMMARY In this research some free variables. Which is thought influcencing the levels of inclination of Empathy and inclination of confliction of teacher's have been traid to define. As pouns variations, sex, age, profession date of serve and the schools which they were graduated are accepted. Also as free variations, rates of teachers which are mesaured by Empathic inclination scale and Conflictional inclination scale are accepted. Sample research are existed by 199 teachers working in the city center of Samsun cat different high schools. In the work, personal knowledge form and Empathic indination and Conflictional inclination scales which are developed by Üstün Dökmen are used. In the research although level of the teachers empathic inclinations acording the their age, sex and schools graduating were significantly influenced, acording to their professions were not. Teacher's empathic and conflictional inclinations scales correlated to passive confliction, Existance confliction, complate rejection, prejudicel confliction and personal properties which are the subscales of the scales, negatively. It is founs that, teachers conflictional inclination levels aren't changed significantly by sex, age, profession date of serve and the schools ehich they graduated.en_US
