Dede Cöngî Kemâleddin İbrahîm B. Yahyâ Amâsî'nin 'Hâşiye`ala Şerhi'l İzzî Fi't-Tasrîfi Li't-Teftâzânî' Adlı Eserinin Tahkiki

Abstract

Arapça, İslam dininin dili olması hasebiyle ümmet arasında ayrı bir yere sahiptir. İslam'ın zuhur etmesiyle hızla yayılan Arapça, harekesiz olması ve zengin kelime yapısıyla Arap olmayan Müslümanlar için büyük bir sıkıntı oluşturuyordu. Yanlış okumalar ve gramer eksikliği hem Kur'an'ın mesajını hem de hadislerin manasını farklı mercilere sürüklüyordu. Bunun engellenmesi için ise âlimlerimize büyük bir iş düşüyordu. Dil bilgisi kurallarının toplanıp kitap haline getirilerek eksikliklerin önüne geçilmesi en elzem işlerden biri haline gelmişti. İlk eserlerin yazılmaya başlandığı dönemlere denk gelen ez-Zencânî'nin kaleme aldığı 'el-'İzzî' eseri tartışmasız en önemli kitaplar arasında yer almıştır. et-Teftâzânî'nin bu esere yazdığı şerh de aynı zamanda ulema arasında itibarlı kabul edilmiştir. Dede Cöngî de bu önemli eseri yeniden değerlendirmiş ve daha düzenli bir hale getirmiştir. Başlıklar ekleyip, zengin örnekler vererek, kendi yorumlarını da eklemek suretiyle ilim talebelerinin hizmetine güzel ve anlaşılır bir eser sunmuştur. Yazıldığı dönemden son dönemlere kadar medrese talebelerinin başvurduğu bir eser olması da, çalışmanın ayrı bir değer gördüğünün de kanıtıdır. Anahtar Sözcükler: Tahkik, Arapça, Cöngî, Sarf

Arabic holds a special place as it is the language of the religion of Islam. With the emergence of Islam, the rapidly spreading language of Arabic was problematic due to the absence of its vowel points as well as rich and well structured vocabulary for Non-Arabic speakers. The mistakes in reading and inadequate grammer resulted in the distorting of the meaning of the Quran and the Hadith. The responsibility to avoid this fell on the shoulders of our scholars. The gathering of linguistic rules and publishing them in order to address such deficiencies became one of the most essential necessities. Zencani's work titled 'al-Izzi', which corresponded with the period of first publications of its kind, is indisputably one of the most important works. Similarly, Teftazani's commentary on this work is also regarded as important by the scholars. Dede Congi, re-assessed such important work and has made it more methodical. By adding headings, providing rich examples, and of course by adding his own comments, he has provided an elegant and understandable work for students of knowledge. From the day it was written to the recent periods, the need of madrasa students to resort to his work is the proof that it received the merit it deserved.
