Abstract
Bu araştırma, Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi deneme alanında 2016-2017 üretim yılında yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı Samsun şartlarında ekim zamanlarının (10 Kasım 2016, 25 Kasım 2016 ve 1 Mayıs 2017) çörek otu (Nigella sativa)'nun bazı tarımsal ve kalite özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre bitki boyu 30.11-86.93 cm; dal sayısı 1.79-4.33 adet; kapsül sayısı 26.61-13.64 adet; bin tane ağırlığı 2.26-2.31 gr; yağ oranı %21.75-29.74; protein oranı %21.63-22.57; yağ verimi 6.06-28.28 kg/da; protein verimi ise 6.40-21.03 arasında değişim göstermiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına dayanarak en yüksek tohum verimi 1. (95.11 kg/da) ve 2. (93.30 kg/da) ekim zamanlarında; en yüksek sabit yağ verimi 1. (28.28 kg/da) ekim zamanından ve en yüksek protein verimi 2. (21.03 kg/da) ve 1. (20.94 kg/da) ekim zamanlarında tespit edilmiştir. Genotipler arasında gerek tohum ve gerekse yağ ve protein verimleri bakımından herhangi bir istatistiki farklılığa rastlanmamıştır.
This study was carried out on the research field of agricultural faculty Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversity during 2016-2017 growing period to determine the effect of different sowing times (10 Now. 2016, 25 Now. 2016 and 1 May 2017) to some agricultural quality characters of black cumin (Nigella sativa L.) under Samsun ecology conditions. The experimental design was the randomized block with four replications. The results have showed that the plaut height was between 30.11-86.9 cm; number of branch was between 1.79-4.33 number of capsule was between 26.61- 13.64; thousand seed weight was between 2.26-2.31g ; fixed oil percentage was between 21.75-29.74 % ; protein percentage was between 21.63-22.57 % ; fixed oil yield was between 6.06-28.28 kg/dec. and protein yield was between 6.40-21.03 kg/dec. According to the results of this study: the highest seed yield was obtained from first (95.11kg/dec) and secand (93.3 kg/dec.) sowing time: heighest fixed oil yield was obtained from first sowing time (28.28 kg/dec.) and the highest protein yield was obtained from first (21.03 kg/dec.) and secand sowing time. They haven't seen any important statistical signification different between the genotypes beside seed, oil and protein yields.
