Abstract
Endüstrilerde enerji geri kazanımı önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Yakılan yakıtın ürettiği tüm ısı kazanda suya veya buhara aktarılamadığı için, kazan ve buhar hatlarında önemli miktarda enerji kaybedilmektedir. Enerji verimliliği, gelişmiş proses kontrolü, yakıt değişimi ve proseslerin termodinamik verimliliğinin artırılması dahil olmak üzere farklı enerji tasarruf seçenekleri ile gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, buhar hatlarında yüksek ısı kaybı problemini çözmek için bir ceketleme sistemi olan Aspen Aerogel önerilmiştir. Dr. Trap modeli kullanılarak sistem performansı belirlenmiştir. Aspen Aerogel ile kazan elemanlarının veriminin, 20 oC'lik bir ortam sıcaklığı için 191 oC'den 47 oC'ye düşürülebileceği ve ceketleme sistemi olmayan geleneksel kazan armatürlerinin verimliliğinden % 92 daha fazla bir ısı tasarrufu gerçekleşebileceği görülmüştür. En ekonomik ve etkili Aspen Aerogel kalınlığı 10 mm olarak belirlenmiştir.
Energy recovery plays an important role in all of the industries. A significant amount of energy is lost from the boiler and steam lines as all the heat produced by the burning fuel cannot be transferred to water or steam in the boiler. Energy efficiency is carried out different energy saving options including improved process control, fuel switching, and increasing the thermodynamic efficiency of processes. In this study, a coating system, Apsen Aerogel, was proposed to solve high heat loss problem in the steam lines. An overall system performance was predicted by using Dr. Trap model. An economic analysis was also done at different thickness of Aspen Aerogel. It was shown that the efficiency of the boiler armatures with Apsen Aerogel can reduce to 47 oC from 191 oC for an air temperature of 20 oC, which is 92% higher than the efficiency of the traditional boiler armature without coating system. The most economical and efficient thickness of Aspen Aerogel was found as 10 mm.
