Abstract
IX ÖZET Toplumların ihtiyacı olan insan modelinin yaratıcı insan modeli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Yaratıcı insan araştıran, merak eden, soru soran, deneyler yapabilen, birtakım sentezlere varabilen, doğaya ve nesneye daha sorgulayıcı bakabilen insandır. Sanat eğitimi aracılığı ile yaratıcılık ve yaratıcılık eğitimi desteklenebilmekte ve devamlılığı sağlanabilmektedir. Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Liseleri, orta öğretime bağlı eğitim kurumlarıdır. Güzel sanatlara yönelik programlar uygulayan yüksek öğretim kurumlarının bulundukları yerler tercih edilmek suretiyle, güzel sanatlar faaliyetlerine elverişli yörelerde açılmaktadır. Bu tezin amacı, Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Liselerinin kuruluş amacını, bugünkü durumunu ve karşılaşılan sorunlarını belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Bu amaçla Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Liseleri Müdürleri, resim bölüm şefleri, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ve üniversite öğretim görevlileri ile görüşülmüş, sorunlar hakkında bilgi alınmıştır. Araştırmada sanat eğitiminin amaçları, önemi ve gereği vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca yaratıcılık ve eğitim sistemimizdeki boyutu verilerek araştırma desteklenmiştir. Araştırma; İstanbul, Eskişehir, Ankara, Kırıkkale, Çorum, Samsun, Sinop illerindeki Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Liselerini kapsamaktadır. Veri toplamak amacıyla anket hazırlanmış ve araştırma kapsamına alınan okullarda uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlar yorumlanmış ve okulların bugünkü durumu ve karşılaşılan sorunları tespit edilmiş, çözüm için uygun önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Yapılan anket sonucu bu okullarda müfredat ve yönetmelikten kaynaklanan problemler yaşandığı, okulların Anadolu Liseleri kapsamına alınmasından dolayı ayrıca bir kimlik bunalımı olduğu ve okulların fiziki donanımlarının yetersiz olması gibi pek çok sorun tespit edilmiştir. Bu okulların kuruluş amaçlarına ulaşabilmesi için, tespit edilen sorunların acilen çözümlenmesi ve çözümlenme aşamasındaki çabaların desteklenmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir.
X ABSTRACT It is considered that the model of man that societies need is the model of creative man. The creative man is the one who does research, wonders, asks, does experiments, and reaches some synthesises, looks at the nature and object in more inquiring way. Creativity and education of creativity can be supported and provided with its continuum through art of education. Anatolian Fine Art High Schools are education institutions depended on secondary education. The places of the higher education institutions that have programmes related to fine arts are preferred and the programmes have been opened in the places which are convenient for the fine arts activities. The aim of this thesis is to try to determine the aim of establishment, current situation and problems of Anatolian Fine Art High Schools. With this aim, the headmasters of Anatolian High Schools for Fine Arts, the chiefs of drawing departments, Ministry of National Education and University Instructors have been interviewed and the data about the problems have been gathered. In the research, the importance, aims and reasons of art education are emphasized. In addition to this, the study has been supported by giving the creativity and its extent in our education system. The research consists of the Anatolian Fine Art High Schools in the provinces of Istanbul, Eskişehir, Ankara, Kırıkkale, Çorum, Samsun, Sinop. Questionnaire has been prepared to collect datum and applied in the schools in the frame of research. The results have been interpreted and the current situations and the problems faced of the schools have been determined, and the proper suggestions to solve have been offered. At the end of the questionnaire carried out, it has been determined that there are problems because of written regulations and curricula in these schools. That there are lots of problems such as indefmiteness because of being in the frame of Anatolian High Schools and the inadequacies of physical hardware of the schools has been determined. It is considered that the problems determined should be solved and the efforts to solve should be supported in order for these schools to reach their aims of establishment.
