Abstract
Bu çalışma 2018 yılında Mayıs-Temmuz ayları arasında Samsun'un 19 Mayıs, Kavak ve Ladik ilçelerindeki 3 farklı merada, vejetasyon ölçüm yöntemlerinde kullanılan gözle tahmin, transekt ve lup metodlarını karşılaştırmak amacıyla yürütülmüş ve örnek alanlarda her bir yöntemle 30'ar ölçüm yapılmıştır. Ölçümler sonucunda bitki ile kaplı alan ve familya bazında botanik kompozisyon oranları belirlenerek yöntemler arasında karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Ölçüm sonuçları incelendiğinde üç yöntemin de sonuçları arasında önemli ve birbirinden farklı ilişkiler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bitki ile kaplı alan bakımından ölçüm metotlarına göre farklı sonuçlar elde etmek mümkündür. Genel olarak gözle tahmin yönteminden elde edilen sonuçların lup yönteminden elde edilen verilere yakın olduğu gözükmektedir. Toplu bir değerlendirme yapıldığında, vejetasyonda baklagil ve buğdaygil oranlarının tahmininde gözle tahmin yönteminin lup ve transekt kadar güvenilir olduğu görülmektedir.
This study was carried out to compare visual estimation, transect and loop methods used in vegetation measurement methods in 3 different patures in Samsun 19 Mayıs district, Kavak district and Ladik district between May and July in 2018. In the sample areas, 30 measurement were made with each method. As a result of the measurements, botanical composition ratios were determined on the basis of plant-covered area and family and comparisons were made between the methods. When the measurement results were examined, it was found that there were significant and different relationships between the result of all three methods. As a result, it is possible to obtain different result in terms of the plant covered area according to the measurement methods. When a general evaluation is made, it is seen that the result obtained from the visual estimation method are close to the data obtained from the loop method. When a collective evaluation is made, it is seen that the visual estimation method is a reliable as the loop and transect methods in estimating the legume and grass rates in vegetation.
