Ahlaki Düşünce ve Yargıları Etkileyen Bazı Faktörlerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, ahlaki düşünce ve yargılan etkilediği düşünülen baza faktörler ele alınmıştır. Arastana, Hteratür incelemesi ve alan araştırmasına dayanmaktadır. Alan araştırması, Samsun il sınırlan içinde faaliyet gösteren liselerden, random yöntemiyle seçilen 500 lise son sınıf öğrencisi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Ahlaki Öykü Örnekleri ve araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Anketi ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi ki-kare (X2) testi ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; lise türüne, cinsiyetine, başarı durumuna, kavrama gücüne, dindarlık düzeyine, babanın mesleğine, annenin dini durumuna ve haksızlığa uğrayıp uğramama durumuna göre öğrencilerin ahlaki düşünce ve yargılan arasındaki ilişki herbir öyküde farklı sonuç vermiştir. Dolayısıyla bu bağımsız değişkenlerin bağımlı değişkene etkisi de öykülere göre farklılık arzetmiştir. Ancak anne-babamn tutumu, anne-babamn öğrenim düzeyi, annenin mesleği, babanın dini durumu, ailenin ekonomik durumu ve hayatının çoğunu geçirdiği yerleşim yerine göre öğrencilerin ahlaki düşünce ve yargılan arasındaki ilişkinin üç öyküde de anlamlı olmadığı görülmüştür. Aynca literatür incelemesi sonucuna göre; kalıtım ve çevre, aile, okul eğitimi, akran ve arkadaş çevresi, din, kitle iletişim araçları, ekonomi ve kültür bireylerin ahlaki düşünce ve yargılanın belirleyen önemli faktörler olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.This study tries to analyze some factors which may affect moral thinking and moral judgments. The study is based on examining literature and field research. The field research includes 500 students who study at the last grade of high schools in Samsun. These students who are studying at various high schools in Samsun were selected by random technique. In research, 'personal questions' that were developed by the researcher and some moral stories were used to test the students' moral thinking and judgments. Chi Square (X2) was selected as the statistical tool to test the significance of relationships of the various categories of the sample in view of the replies on any particular item in the questionnaire. The moral thinking and judgments of the students based on various moral stories used in the research differ in terms of the kind of high school, the sex of the students, their success, the power of their reasoning, the level of their religiosity, the occupation of their fathers, the religious situation of their mothers, and whether they have been oppressed or not The effects of independent variables on dependable variables differ in the moral stories used in the research. However, it is found that there were no significant associations in various factors such as the attitudes of parents, the educational level of parents, the occupation of mother, the religiosity level of father, the economic situation of the family and their living place. In addition, it is understood from examining literature on the subject that there were some important factors affecting the moral thinking and judgments of students such as inheritance and environment, family, education taken in schools, the environment of friends, religion, mass communication, economy and culture.
