Publication: Karaman İli Farklı Ekolojik Koşullarında Yetiştirilen Bazı Hibrit Yemlik Dane Mısır Çeşitlerinin Kalite Değerlerinin Belirlenmesi
Abstract
Bu araştırma 2022 yılında Karaman il Merkezi, merkez köyleri ve Kâzımkarabekir ilçesinin farklı köylerinde yetiştirilen hibrit mısır çeşitlerinin hasatta tane nemi ve bazı kalite değerlerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme 'Bölünmüş Parseller Deneme Desenine' göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Denemede 2 farklı hibrit mısır çeşidi olan P0937 (Pionerr) ve DKC5709 (Dekalb) materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. P0937 çeşidi ile 17, DKC5709 çeşidi ile 8 lokasyonda çalışılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmada, hasatta tane nemi, kuru maddede protein oranı, ham protein oranı, kuru maddede yağ oranı, ham yağ oranı ve hektolitre değerleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre hasatta tane nemi P0937 çeşidinde %17,6 -%15,0 (Karaman/Merkez-Kâzımkarabekir-Karalgazi) arasında, DKC5709 çeşidinde ise %18,1-%15,4 (Merkez-Çakırbağ)-(Merkez/Alaçatı) arasında belirlenmiştir. Orrtalama hasatta tane nemi ise %16.5 olarak tespit edilmiştir. P0937 çeşidinde ham protein oranı %6.92-%5,08 (Merkez/Kılbasan) (Karaman/Merkez) arasında, ortalama ham protein oranı %5,83 olarak belirlenmiştir. DKC5709 çeşidinde ham protein oranı %6,07-%5.16 (Merkez/Kızık)-(Merkez/Çakırbağ) arasında, ortalama ham protein oranı ise %5.53 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Hektolitre ağırlığı, P0937 çeşidinde 78,65 kg/hl-73,42 kg/hl (Karaman/Kâzımkarabekir-Merkez)-(Karaman-Merkez) arasında, DKC5709 çeşidinde, ise 77,00 kg/hl (Merkez-Kızık)- 72,00 kg/hl (Merkez-Çakırbağ) arasında belirlenmiştir. Ortalama hektolitre ağırlığı P0937 çeşidinde 75,28 kg/hl, DKC5709 çeşidinde 75,28 kg/hl olarak hesaplanmıştır. P0937 çeşidinde kuru maddede protein oranı %8,22 (Merkez-Kılbasan) - %6.17 (Karaman-Merkez) arasında ve ortalama kuru maddede protein oranı %6.98, DKC5709 çeşidinde kuru maddede protein oranı %7, (Merkez-Kızık) - %6,12 (Merkez-Masara) arasında ve ortalama kuru maddede protein oranı %6,62 olarak belirlenmiştir. P0937 çeşidinde kuru maddede yağ oranı %3,72 (Merkez-Eminler) - %3,30 (Merkez-Kılbasan) arasında ve ortalama kuru maddede yağ oranı %3.50, DKC5709 çeşidinde kuru maddede yağ oranı %3,95 (Merkez-Çakırbağ) -%3,27 (Merkez-Salur) arasında, ortalama kuru maddede yağ oranı ise %3,57 olarak tespit edilmiştir. P0937 çeşidinde yağ oranı %3.09 (Merkez-Eminler)- %2.77 (Merkez-Kılbasan) arasında ve ortalama ham yağ oranı %2,93, DKC5709 çeşidinde %3,23 (Merkez-Çakırbağ)- %2,72 (Merkez-Salur) arasında ve ortalama ham yağ oranı %2,98 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında Karaman İli koşullarında başarılı bir şekilde kaliteli dane mısır yetiştiriciliği yapılabileceği görülmektedir. This research was carried out in 2022 to determine grain moisture and some quality values at harvest of hybrid corn varieties grown in Karaman city center, Central villages and different villages of Kazımkarabekir district. In experiment, two different hybrid corn varieties, P0937 (Pioneer) and DKC5709 (Dekalb), were used as materials. The experiment was carried out with 4 replications according to the 'Split Plot Experiment Design'. It was studied in 17 locations with the P0937 variety and 8 location with the DKC5709 variety. In the study, grain moisture, protein ratio in dry matter, crude protein ratio, fat ratio, in dry matter, crude protein ratio fat ratio in dry matter, crude fat ratio and hectoliter values were determined at harvest. According to the research results, grain moisture at harvest was determined between 17.6% and 15.0% (Karaman/Central-Kazımkarabekir-Karalgazi) in the P0937 variety and 18.1%-15.4% (Central/Çakırbağ)-(Central/Alaçatı) in the DKC5709 variety. The average grain moisture at harvest was determined as 16.5%. In the P0937 variety, the crude protein ratio was determined as 6.92%-5.08% (Central/Kılbasan)-Karaman/Central) and the average crude protein ratio was 5.83%. In the DKC5709 variety, the crude protein ratio was determined to be between 6.07%-5.16% (Merkez/Kızık)-(Central/Çakırbağ), and average crude protein ratio was 5.53%.
