Abstract
Bu çalışma Bafra ilçesinin Asar, Kapıkaya ve Kuzalan mahallelerinde yaşayan mübadil halkın geçiş dönemi inanmaları ve uygulamalarını ele almaktadır. İnsan hayatının en önemli dönemleri; doğum, evlenme ve ölümden oluşan geçiş dönemleridir. Geçiş dönemlerinde yer alan çeşitli inanç ve inanmalar bireyi yeni hayatına, hayatındaki yeni döneme hazırlar. Toplumun halk kültürünü oluşturan etmenlerden olan ve sosyal normlar olarak adlandırılan töre, gelenek, görenek, örf, âdet, teâmül, moda bireyin toplum içerisindeki yaşantısında düzeni ve uyumu sağlar. Bunun yanında sosyal normlar toplum veya toplulukların geçmişi ve geleceği arasında bir bağ oluşturarak kültür unsurlarının yarına taşınmasını sağlar. Araştırmanın giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, amacı, kapsamı, metodu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, araştırma alanı tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; doğum, evlenme ve ölümle ilgili olarak yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda elde edilen malzeme sunulmuş ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Bu bölümler üç ana başlıkta incelenmiştir. Bölümün ilk alt başlığı olan 'doğum'da doğumla ilgili âdet ve inanmalar doğum öncesinden başlayarak doğum sonrasına, ikinci alt başlığı olan 'evlenme' de evlilik tanımından düğün ve düğün sonrasına, üçüncü alt başlıkta geçiş dönemlerinin sonu olan 'ölüm' ölüm anından ölüyü defnetmeyle ilgili âdet ve inanmalar şeklinde ele alınmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde, çalışmanın genel değerlendirmesi yapılarak, mübadillerin adetlerinde çeşitli etkenlerle yaşanan değişmeler belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca bölge mübadilleri ve yerli halkın geçiş dönemleri uygulamalarındaki temel farklılıklara da yer verilmiştir. Çalışmalar sırasında kullanılan kaynaklar sözlü ve yazılı olmak üzere iki ayrı başlık altında toplanmıştır. This study tackles beliefs and applications for transitional stage of exchanged people who lived in Asar, Kapıkaya and Kuzalan neighborhoods in Bafra district. Transitional stages consisted of birth, marriage and death which are the most important stages of human life prepare the individual to their new life, to the new period of their life with several faiths and beliefs that they hold. Morals, traditions, conventions, manners, customs, practices and trends, which are named as social norms that form the folk culture of society, get the order and harmony of an individual's life within society. Beside this, they bring the existence and cultural components into tomorrow by forming a connection between the past and the future of society and communities. At the introduction; brief was given for the research subject, objective, scope and method. At the first section, research interest was introduced. At the second section; the data was presented and evaluated which was derived as a consequence of the study about birth, marriage and death. At 'Birth' the first subheading of the section, customs and beliefs were discussed beginning from the pre-birth to post-birth. At second subheading 'marriage', defining of marriage and pre-marriage, post-marriage periods were discussed. At the third subheading 'death', which is the last of transitional stages, customs and beliefs were discussed about the time of death and burials. At the conclusion, general assessment was made to indicate the changes of exchanged citizens which were caused by several factors. Furthermore, the fundamental differences between the transitional stage applications of exchanged citizens and locals were included to the study. The references were gathered under two titles as 'spoken' and 'written'. The pictures, both taken or provided by the exchanged citizens, during the research are given in the 'appendix' section.
