Fiberle Güçlendirilmiş Kompozit ile Adeziv Köprü Uygulamaları (Üç Olgu Sunumu)

Abstract

Ön bölge tek diş eksikliklerinin tedavisinde geleneksel yöntemlere alternatif olarak polietilen fiber ile güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprüler ile daha konservatif, daha az zaman alan ve daha ekonomik tedavi yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Bu makalede ön bölge tek diş eksikliğinde kompozitten veya doğal dişten yapılan köprü gövdelerinin güçlendirilmiş polietilen fiber olan Ribbond (Seattle, WA, USA) ile komşu dişlere yapıştırılmasıyla gerçekleştirilen 3 olgu ve uzun süreli takipleri sunulmaktadır.As an alternative to the traditional restorations in anterior single tooth deficiency, fibre reinforced adhesive bridges which are more preventive, time-saving and economical method have been produced. This article reports the restoration and long-term follow up of 3 cases of single tooth deficiency with Ribbond (Seattle, WA, USA) -a poliethylene fibre composite- and pontics which are made of natural tooth and composite resins to the adjacent teeth.
