Modern Türk Edebiyatı'nda 'Kuyu' Anlatıları

Abstract

Hem Yunan mitolojisinde hem de Doğu anlatılarında 'kuyu' konulu pek çok hikâye vardır. Kuyu denilince akla ilk gelen Hz. Yusuf Kıssası'dır. Modern Türk edebiyatında da bu konu ele alınmıĢtır. Bu çalıĢmada Hilmi Yavuz'un Kuyu, Rasim Özdenören'in Kuyu ve Orhan Pamuk'un Kırmızı Saçlı Kadın adlı metinlerinden hareketle bu konu irdelenmiĢtir. Her ne kadar farklı medeniyetlerde kuyu aynı konu gibi görünse de gerek medeniyet farklılığı, gerek kronolojik farklılık, gerekse yazarların bakıĢ açısındaki farklılık nedeniyle ortaya çok çeĢitli kuyu anlatıları çıkmaktadır. Bu çalıĢmada üç farklı bakıĢ açısından ortaya çıkan üç ayrı kuyu anlatısı karĢılaĢtırmalı olarak incelenmiĢtir. ÇalıĢmada öncelikle gösterge ve kuyu göstergesi kavramlarına değinilmiĢ, kuyu göstergesi tarihsel bağlamda incelenmiĢtir. Psikanalizde kuyu göstergesine değinilmiĢtir. Kuyu ile ilgili modern ve tarihi anlatılar ile yerli ve yabancı filmler listelenmiĢtir. Her üç yazarın yazın anlayıĢına ve yazarların söyleĢilerine yer verilmiĢtir. Kuyu gösterilenleri her üç eserde tek tek ele alınmıĢ ve tablolar ile de gösterilmiĢtir. Buna göre; incelenen üç eserdeki ortak kuyu gösterilenleri Ģunlardır: ölüm, bilinçaltı, körlük, trajedi, kent ve varoluĢsal açıklık. Kuyunun Hilmi Yavuz'un eserinde daha çok yazar ve yazarlık ile ilgili gösterilenlere karĢılık geldiği, Rasim Özdenören'in eserinde mistik ve tasavvufi nitelikler taĢıdığı, Orhan Pamuk'un eserinde Doğu ve Batı medeniyetleri arasındaki gelgitler neticesinde oluĢan gösterilenleri nitelediği sonucuna ulaĢılmıĢtır. Ġncelenen eserlerdeki kuyu gösterilenlerinin ortak noktası kuyunun insana ve varoluĢa dair nitelikler taĢımasıdır. Ġnsana dair iyi ve kötü ne varsa kuyuda bir karĢılık bulmaktadır. Ġncelemede kuyu anlatılarına yansıyan hem ortak medeniyet unsurları hem de farklı yansımalar tespit edilmeye çalıĢılmıĢtır. Bu çalıĢma kuyu metaforunun bir kurgu unsuru olarak nasıl iĢlendiğini ortaya koyduğu gibi aynı zamanda bir karĢılaĢtırmalı edebiyat çalıĢmasıdır. There are many 'well' themed stories both in Eastern narratives and Greek mythology. When we say 'well', the first thing that comes to mind is The Story of Joseph. Also in modern Turkish literature this subject has been handled. In this study, based on texts such as Hilmi Yavuz's Well Rasim Özdenören's Well and Orhan Pamuk's Red-Haired Woman, this study was examined. Even though in different civilizations, well have been seemed as the same subject, both civilization differences, chronological differences, and because of the difference in point of view of the writers a wide variety of well narratives exist. In this study, three different well narratives emerged from three different perspectives were analyzed comparatively. In the study, firstly the concepts of sign and well sign are mentioned and the well sign is analyzed in the historical context. The well sign in psychoanalysis was mentioned. Modern and historical narratives and local and foreign films about the well were listed. All three authors' literary understanding and their interviews were included. Well signifieds are handled one by one in all three works and also shown with tables. According to this; the common well signifieds in the three works studied are: death, subconscious, blindness, tragedy, city and existential openness. It was concluded that the well is mainly corresponding to signifieds related to author and authorship in Hilmi Yavuz's work, having mystic and sufistic qualities in Rasim Özdenören's work, describing the signifieds formed as a result of the tides between Eastern and Western civilizations in Orhan Pamuk's work. The common point of the wells in the studied works is that the well has the qualities of existence. What is good and bad about the human beings has a response in the well. In the research both common factors of civilization and different reflections reflected well narrations will be tried to determine. This study will reveal how the metaphor of well is handled as a fiction factor as well as a comparative literature study.
