Ortaokul Öğrencilerinin Haklarının Farkındalığının İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı ortaokul öğrencilerinin haklarını farkında olup olmadığını öğrenmek ve bu farkındalığın cinsiyet, sınıf seviyesi, babanın eğitim durumu, annenin eğitim durumu, aile durumu, kardeş sayısı, aylık gelir düzeyi, alınan ders, kulüp, not durumu, kardeşler arası sıra, oda durumu, konut, yerleşim birimi değişkenlerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla Samsun ili ve ilçelerindeki ortaokul öğrencileri evren, her ilçeden random yoluyla seçilen her şubeden en az birer sınıf ise örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Örneklem üzerinde araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 25 maddelik anket kullanılarak bilgi toplanmıştır.Cr α=0,82 bulunmuştur.Bu amaçla toplam 2551 ortaokul öğrencisine anket uygulanmıştır. Anket sonucuna göre ortaokul öğrencilerinin haklarının farkındalığının cinsiyet, ailedurumu, kulüp, konut gibi değişkenlere bağlı olmadığı; sınıf düzeyi, babanın öğrenim durumu,anne öğrenim durumu, kardeş sayısı, gelir düzeyi, alınan ders,not durumu, kardeşler arası sıra,oda durumu, yerleşim birimi gibi değişkenlere bağlı olduğu görülmüştür. Bu doğrultuda sonuç ve öneriler yazılmıştır.Akademik başarısı düşük olan öğrencilerin haklarının farkındalık durumunun daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Odasını yaşıtı olmayan kişilerle paylaşan öğrencilerinin haklarının odasını tek başına kullanan ya da odasını kardeşiyle paylaşan öğrencilere göre daha farkında olduğu görülmüştür.

For this purpose, the Samsun province and its districts were selected as samples from each of the randomly elected districts, and at least one class from each district. The questionnaire was collected using a 25-item questionnaire prepared by the reacher.Cr α=0,82 was found. For this purpose, a total of 2551 secondary school students were surveyed. According to the result of the survey, the awareness of the rights of secondary school students is not dependent on variables such as gender, family status, club, residence; It was found that the level of the class, the educatioanal level of the father, the mother's education level, the number of the note, the status of the note, the status of the siblings, the room status the settlement unit. Result and rocommendations were written accordingly. It was observed that students with low academic achievement had higher awareness of their rights. The rights of the students who share the room with the nonelderly are seen to be more aware than the students who use the room alone or share the room with the brother
