Inferior shoulder dislocation in a 7 years old girl is presented in our study. The patient was admitted to the pediatric emergency ward due to feeling pain on her left shoulder after falling. Taken radiograph has shown the inferior glenohumeral dislocation on her left shoulder. The joint has been reducted under sedation and the joint has been immobilised for 3 weeks with a simple shoulder arm bandage. No soft tissue pathology has been seen in magnetik rezonans imaging. Inferior shoulder dislocation is a rare orthopedic condition in childhood.en_US
