Chloro[(N,N-Dimethylamino)Methylphenyl 2,N](Triphenylstibine)Palladium

Abstract

The molecular structure of the title compound, [PdaCl(C<inf>9</inf>H <inf>12</inf>N)(C<inf>18</inf>H<inf>15</inf>Sb)], obtained by reaction of [Pd(dmba)(μ-Cl)]<inf>2</inf> [dmba = N(CH<inf>3</inf>)<inf>2</inf>CH <inf>2</inf>C<inf>6</inf>H<inf>5</inf>] with triphenylstibine in dichloromethane, shows a slightly distorted square planar geometry about Pd, which is bonded to C, N, Cl and Sb atoms. © 2004 International Union of Crystallography Printed in Great Britain - all rights reserved.
