Crystal Structure of 18,19-dihydro-8,8-dipyrrolidine-1-yl-6λ5, 8λ5, 10λ5-6,10-nitrilo-16H, 21H-[1,3,5,7,2,4,6]tetraazatriphosphonino[2,1-b:6,7-b′]bis-[1,3,2] Benzoxazaphosphorine

Abstract

The title compound, C<inf>24</inf>H<inf>32</inf>N<inf>7</inf>O<inf>2</inf>P<inf>3</inf>, a cyclotriphosphazene, has a spiro-ansa-spiro architecture, in which the bicyclic system resembles the stable "adamantane" structure. Two N and two P atoms are capable of representing stereogenic centres (meso form). It belongs to the space group P2<inf>1</inf>/c with cell parameters a = 10.6133(7), b = 9.3246(4), c = 26.6523(18)Å, β = 98.575(5)°. 2007 © The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry.
