Kuzeydoğu Anadolu ve Karadeniz Bölgesi Bazı Bal Arısı (Apis Mellifera L.) Genotiplerinin Morfolojik Özellikleri ve Performanslarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

IV Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Ve Karadeniz Bölgesi Bazı Balansı (Apis Mellifera L) Genotiplerinin Morfolojik Özellikleri Ve Performanslarının Belirlenmesi ÖZET Bu çalışmada Kastamonu, Ordu ve Ardahan (Kafkas) arı genotiplerinin morfolojik özellikleri ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesi koşullarında performansları belirlenmiştir. Genotiplerin morfolojik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla her genotipten 14'er koloni olup toplam 42 koloni ve her koloniden 20 örnek olmak üzere toplam 840 örnekte ölçüm yapılmıştır. Genotip gruplarda 30 morfolojik karakterin biyometrik ölçümü yapılmış olup bu karakterlerden kıl uzunluğu, dördüncü tergum keçe bant genişliği, dördüncü tergum parlak zemin genişliği, tomentum indeksi, dil uzunluğu, metatarsus genişliği, metatarsal indeks, üçüncü tergum genişliği, dördüncü tergum genişliği, vücut büyüklüğü, üçüncü sternım genişliği, mum salgı yüzeyi uzunluğu, mum salgı yüzeyi genişliği, mum salgı yüzeyleri arası mesafe, kanat uzunluğu ve genişliği, kübital b kanat damar uzunluğu, ikinci, üçüncü ve dördüncü tergit renkleri ile scutellum renginde genotipler arasındaki farklılık önemli (p<0,05) bulunmuştur. Genotiplere ait ortalama anlı çerçeve değerleri Ardahan (Kafkas), Kastamonu ve Ordu genotipleri için sırasıyla 7.896±0.467, 8.56±0.448 ve 8.379±0.467 adet/koloni, ortalama yavru alanları sırasıyla 3470.67±1 93.00, 3646. 18±1 84.8 ve 3429.3±1 93.00 cm2/koloni, ortalama petek işleme etkinliği sırasıyla 3.546±0.312, 4.083±0.514 ve 3.0±0. 522 adet/koloni olarak bulunmuştur. Determination of the Performance and Morphological Characteristics of Some Honey Bee (Apis mellifera L.) Genotypes in the North Eastern Anatolia and Black Sea Region ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the morphological characteristics and the performances of Kastamonu, Ordu and Ardahan (Caucasian) honey bees genotypes. In this study 30 morphological characters were measured biometrically on 20 samples of worker bees/colony taken from 42 colonies. There were significant 8 (p<0,05) variations between genotypes at the some characters that are length of hair on tergite 5, width of tomentum on tergite 4, hairless area width on tergite 4, tomentum index, length of proboscis, width of metatarsus, metatarsal index, longitudional diameter of tergum 3, longitudional diameter of tergum 4, body size, 3. Sternum width, length of wax mirror of 3rd sternum, width of wax mirror, distance betweenwax mirror, length of forewing, width of forewing, cubital vein distance b, cubital index, pigmentation of tergite 2nd, 3rd, 4rtand scutellum color. The average development of colony population of Ardahan (A. m. Caucasian), Kastamonu and Ordu genotypes were found to be 7.896±0.467, 8.56±0.448 and 8.379±0.467 frame/colony, the brood areas were found to be 3470.67±1 93.00, 3546.18±184.8 and 3429.3±193.00 cm2/colony and the average comb building activity were found to be 3.546+0.312, 4.083±0.514 ve 3.0±0.522 comb/per colony respectively.
