Afganistan Belh Şehrinde Toplu Taşıma Ağı Planlaması

Abstract

The traffic problems in Mazar-e-Sharif, which is the busiest region Balkh city of Afghanistan, need to be solved immediately. No policy has been produced on transportation systems in Mazar-e-Sharif, and no scientific research has been conducted on the subject, and as a result, traffic jam has become a very serious problem in the region. Traffic accidents, the damage caused by heavy traffic to the environment, the negative effects of the lack of regular transportation on the economy, the negative psychological effects of traffic chaos on people are the leading problems of transportation in Mezar-e-Sharif. Traffic jam not only affects the movement of city residents, but also directly affects the health of the public and causes environmental problems. One of the main reasons for transportation problems is the inadequacy of urban public transportation. In this study, the causes of traffic problems in Mezar-e-Şerif were examined, suggestions were made considering the economic situation of the country to overcome these problems, and a bus network consisting of different routes was designed in the light of the data obtained in order to strengthen public transportation. Afganistan'ın Belh şehrinin en yoğun bölgesi olan Mezar-ı Şerif'te yaşanmakta olan trafik sorunları ivedi bir şekilde çözülmeye ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Mezar-ı Şerif'te ulaştırma sistemleri konusunda herhangi bir politika üretilmediği gibi konu ile ilgili bilimsel olarak herhangi bir araştırma da yapılmamış olup, bunun sonucunda bölgede trafik sıkışıklığı çok ciddi bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Trafik kazaları, yoğun trafiğin çevreye verdiği zararlar, ulaşımın düzenli sağlanamamasının ekonomiye olumsuz etkileri, trafik karmaşasının insanlar üzerindeki olumsuz psikolojik etkileri, Mezar-ı Şerif içi ulaşımın önde gelen sorunlarıdır. Trafik sıkışıklığı, sadece şehir sakinlerinin hareketini etkilemekte kalmamakta, aynı zamanda halkın sağlığını da doğrudan etkilemekte ve çevre sorunlarına da neden olmaktadır. Ulaşım sorunlarının ana nedenlerinden birisi de şehir içi toplu taşımanın yetersizliğidir. Bu çalışmada, Mezar-ı Şerif'teki trafik sorunlarının nedenleri incelenmiş, bu sorunların giderilmesi için ülkenin ekonomik durumu da göz önünde bulundurularak önerilerde bulunulmuş, toplu taşımanın güçlendirilmesi adına elde edilen veriler ışığında farklı güzergâhlardan oluşan bir otobüs ağı tasarlanmıştır.
