Eğitim Fakültesi Egt Kodlu Ders Bilgi Paketlerinin Öğrenci Görüşlerine Göre Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Eğitim sistemlerinin temel amaçlarından biri ülkenin nitelikli insan gücünü yetiştirmek ve yurttaşlarına vatandaşlık eğitimini vermektir. Bunu gerçekleştirebilmek için her eğitim sistemi, yetiştireceği insan modelini, sahip olduğu eğitim felsefesi ve insan gücüne göre düzenlemektedir. Eğitimle ilgili en önemli noktalardan biri şüphesiz öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesidir. Öğretmenlerin temel eğitim alanları alan bilgisi, genel kültür, kişisel nitelikler ve formasyon bilgisi olarak düşünülecek olursa, formasyon bilgisi öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik becerisini temsil etmektedir. Araştırmanın amacı eğitim fakültesi öğrencilerinin, öğrenim süresince aldıkları ortak dersleri değerlendirmelerini sağlamaktır. Araştırmada betimsel araştırma modeli kullanılmış olup, eğitim fakültesi bünyesinde ortak olarak okutulmakta olan derslerden eğitim bilimine giriş, eğitim psikolojisi, öğretim teknolojileri ve materyal tasarımı, ölçme ve değerlendirme, özel öğretim yöntemleri, rehberlik ve sınıf yönetimi dersleri ile ilgili öğrencilerden veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma 2014-2015 Eğitim Öğretim yılı Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi'nde öğrenim gören öğrencilerle yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verileri eğitim öğretim yılı sonunda toplanmıştır. Bunun nedeni öğrencilerin derslerle ilgili verecekleri yanıtların güvenirliğinin daha yüksek olmasını sağlamaktır. Araştırma verileri toplanırken her dersin anketi ayrı ayrı uygulanmıştır. Bu nedenle anketleri cevaplayan öğrenci sayısı değişmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin çoğunluğunun, bu derslerle ilgili mesleki ve etik bilinci kazandıkları, dersin kültürel gelişimlerine katkı sağladığı ve süreci analiz etme yeteneği kazandıkları ve derslerin içeriğinin dersin amacıyla uyumlu olduğu şeklinde sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

One of the main goals of the educational system is to train the qualified manpower and to provide the civic education of the citizens of a country. One of the most important points about education is, without doubt, the education of the teachers and their formation knowledge represents the teachers' teaching skills. The aim of the research is to make the students of the faculty of education evaluate the common courses they receive during their education. Within this framework, common major area courses that each student in RCME department takes have been examined. The participants of the study, which is designed in accordence with the descriptive survey model, are the students of the Faculty of Education in Ondokuz Mayis University, who took common major area courses in the spring semester of 2014-2015 Academic Year. According to the results of the survey, the majority of the students have a positive attitude towards the major area courses for raising an awareness of professional and ethical responsibilities, helping their social and cultural development, supporting their vocational development and providing them with the necessary analytical skills. Besides the majority of the students think that the contents of major area courses are in line with the instructional objectives and their workload value.
