Niğde Üniversitesindeki 20-25 Yaş Arası Futbol Oynayan, Futbolu Bırakan ve Düzenli Spor Yapmayan Öğrencilerin Solunum ve Antropometrik Parametrelerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı; Niğde Üniversitesindeki 20-25 yaş arası futbol oynayan, futbolu bırakan ve düzenli spor yapmayan öğrencilerin antropometrik ve solunum parametrelerinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya Niğde Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören futbol oynayan (FO), futbolu bırakmış (FB) ve düzenli spor yapmamış (DSY) 60 öğrenci dahil edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada veriler deneysel ölçüm metotlarıyla elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) testi ve post-hoc testlerinden “duncan” tekniği kullanılmıştır. Seçilen denek grupları arasında vücut ağırlık, karın yağ, uyluk yağ oranı, biiliak çap, femurbikondüler çap, normal göğüs çevresi, karın çevresi, diz çevresi, baldır çevresi, FEV%, ve MVV değerleri arasında p0,05 önem seviyesinde anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmamıştır. FO, FB ve DSY grupların antropometrik ve solunum değerlerinin normal sınırlarda olduğu görülmekle beraber p0,05 önem seviyesinde anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. FO’ların FB’a, FB DSY’a oranla daha az vücut yağ yüzdesine daha iyi çap, çevre ve solunum parametreleri ölçümlerine sahip oldukları gözlendi. Sonuç olarak bu çalışma Niğde Üniversitesinin FO’ın FB’a, FB’ın DSY’a oranla solunum ve fiziksel uygunluk yönünden daha iyi durumda olduklarını ortaya çıkarmaktadır.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the anthropometric and respiratory parameters of the subjects aged between 20-25 years old and who were active soccer players (ASP), who were not active soccer players (NASP) anymore and who did not do sports regularly (DNDSR). Subject group was composed of 60 who were students in Niğde üniversitesy. Twenty of the subjects were ASP, 20 of them were NASP anymore and 20 of them were DNDSR. To estimate if any significant difference occurred between the subject groups‘ estimations, and to identify the difference causing groups analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Post-Hoc. Duncan test were applied in the statistical analysis of the data. There were no significent (P0,05) difference found between the subjects groups accoding to their weigth, abdomen fat measurement, thigh fat, bi-iliac caliper, femur bicondüler caliper, waist circumference measurement, abdomen circumference, knee circumference, calf circumference, FEV% and MVV values. ASP had lower body fat percentage and better caliper, circumference and respiratory parameters than the subjects who were NASP anymore and the subjects who were NASP anymore had lower body fat percentage and better caliper, circumference and respiratory parameters than the subjects who were DNDSR. These results revealed that the Niğde University subjects who were ASP were better than the subjects who were NASP and subjects who were better than the subjects who DNDSR according to the parameters related respiration and physical fitness parameters.
