KOSGEB Hizmet ve Destekleri: KOBİ’ler Ne Ölçüde Faydalanmakta?

Abstract

Bu araştırma KOSGEB hizmet ve desteklerinden KOBİ’lerin faydalanma düzeyini inceleme amacı taşımaktadır. Bu amaçla Bilecik 1. ve 2. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde faaliyette bulunan KOSGEB üyesi 14 işletme ile görüşülmüş ve kendilerine 16 adet araştırma sorusu yöneltilmiştir. Araştırma soruları KOSGEB’in eğitim, finansman, strateji geliştirme ve istihdama yönelik hizmet ve destekleri ile ilişkilidir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre 7 firma KOSGEB hizmet ve desteklerine ilgi duymadığını ve faydalanmadığını belirtmiştir. İki firma KOSGEB ile sadece Stratejik Yol Haritası çalışmasında bulunmuştur. Diğer üç firma ise KOSGEB’in kalite geliştirme eğitimlerine katılmıştır. Son olarak, bu çalışmanın daha anlamlı bulgulara ulaşması için araştırma farklı bölge ve pazarlarda daha fazla KOBİ’ye uygulanmalı ve araştırma soruları KOSGEB’in diğer hizmet ve desteklerini de kapsamalıdır.

This study explores KOSGEB support and services to the development of SMEs. Therefore, we interviewed 14 SMEs operating in Organized Industrial Zone in Bilecik. The interview contains 16 research questions. Questions are mainly related to training, financial, strategy development and recruitment support of KOSGEB. Results demonstrate that 7 SMEs are never interested to KOSGEB support and services. 2 SMEs only developed Strategic Road Map with KOSGEB. Other 3 SMEs participated to KOSGEB‘s quality improvement efforts. In addition, for this study to achieve reasonable results this research is applied to more SMEs in different regions and markets and research questions should include KOSGEB‘s other services and supports.
