Samsun ve yöresinde süt endüstrisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, merkez ve ilçelerinde 13 süt işletmesi ve 7 süt toplama merkezinde düzenlenen anket ile Samsun'daki süt sektörünün durumu araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerden; Samsun'da profesyonel anlamda sütçülük yapan üretici sayısının az olduğu, Türk-Alman işbirliğiyle gerçekleştirilen Samsun Sığırcılık Projesi kapsamında kurulan süt toplama merkezlerinin birçoğunun bugün çalışmadığı, ruhsatsız ve denetimsiz çalışan imalathanelerin bulunduğu, süt işletmelerinin kurulu kapasitelerinin tamamını kullanamadıkları, süt ürünleri bakımından çeşitliliğin az olduğu ve yapılan ürünlerin genelde Samsun içinde pazarlandığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bu sorunların çözümlenmesi için öneriler getirilmiştir.

In this research, current status of dairy industry in Samsun was evaluated using a questionary in 13 dairy pilot plants and milk collection areas in downtown and towns of Samsun. It was determined that the number of professional producers was not enough; many milk collection stations within the Samsun - Cattle Project established by a collaboration with Turk- German were not functional; there were some plants which were nonauthorized and uncontrolled; the full capacity was not utilized by many factories; the variety of milk products was not enough, and the manufactured products were generaly marketed within the Samsun. In addition, for these problems some solutions were proposed.
