Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde Faaliyet Gösteren Kırmızı Et Üreticileri Birliğine Bağlı Besi Sığırı İşletmelerinin Mevcut Durumları ve Sorunlarına Çözüm Önerileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren Kırmızı Et Üreticileri Birliği üyelerinin hayvansal üretimi rasyonel koşullarda sürdürebilme olanakları, üretim potansiyelini kullanma düzeyi ve üretim koşulları durum analiz yöntemi ile araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada birlik üyelerinin demografik özellikleri, işletme kapasiteleri ve kapasite kullanım oranları, ithalatın üretim sürecine etkileri konusundaki görüşleri ve üreticinin temel sorunları, orta ve büyük ölçekli 30 işletmede yürütülen anket çalışması ile değerlendirilmiştir. Üreticinin %60’ının ilköğretim düzeyinde eğitimli olduğu bildirilen çalışmada bilginin temin kaynağı %50 oranında veteriner hekimler olarak belirlenmiştir. Yetiştiriciler, ihtiyaç duydukları teknik ve ekonomik bilginin edinilmesinde Kırmızı Et Üreticileri Birliği’ni sırasıyla %87 ve %93 oranda yetersiz bulmuştur. İşletme kapasitesinin 165.77 baş/dönem olarak belirlenmesine karşın, fiili kapasiteleri 91.13 baş/dönem olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada işletmelerin üretim potansiyelini kullanmada sorunlar yaşadığı, üretimde başta canlı hayvan materyali olmak üzere girdi temini konusunda önemli sıkıntıları olduğu ve ithalat sürecinden olumsuz yönde etkilendiği, üretimin sürdürülebilirliği açısından üreticinin önemli bir bölümünün (%53) ciddi endişelere sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak çalışma kırmızı et üreticilerinin önemli sorunlarla karşı karşıya olduğunu, acil önlemler alınmazsa sürdürülebilir bir hayvancılık yapmanın olanaksız hale geleceğini ortaya koymaktadır.

In this study, animal production abilities in rational conditions, production potential utilization level and production conditions of the members of the Red Meat Producers Association in the Middle Black Sea Region were investigated with the status analysis method. In this study, the demographic characteristics of the members, their capacity and capacity utilization rates, their views on the effects of imports on the production process and the main problems of the producer were evaluated with a survey conducted in 30 enterprises of medium and large scales. In this study 60% of the producer was found to beat primary school level and 50% of these prdoucers obtained information from veterinarians. The breeders found the producer union to be 87% and 93% unsatisfactory in obtaining information on technical and economic problems . Although the operational capacity was 165.77 head/period, it was determined that the actual capacity of the enterprises could not be used in the study where the actual capacity was determined as 91.13 head/period. It was found that the breeders had substantial difficulties in the production of inputs, especially in livestock material, and were negatively affected by the import process. A considerable portion of the producers (53%) had serious concerns regarding the sustainability of production. As a result, the study showed that red meat producers faced significant problems, and that if an emergency measure is not taken, it would be impossible to make a sustainable livestock breeding.
