| dc.description.abstract | Pulmoner tromboemboli; preoperatif, intraoperatif ve postoperatif dönemde ortaya çıkabilen, hem hastayı hem de anestezisti etkileyebilen ciddi bir problemdir. Jinekolojik malignensi için pelvik cerrahi geçiren hastalarda derin ven trombozu ve pulmoner tromboemboli insidansı yüksektir. Bu yüzden profilaktik olarak önlem almayı gerektirir.
