Intraparenchymal neuroepithelial cyst associated with focal cortical dysplasia: A case report
Özet
Neuroepithelial cysts are rare and the intensity of their homogenous fluid contents are similar to that of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Most cysts are asymptomatic, but, some present with seizures or movement disorders in consequence of the mass effect. Although neuroepithelial cysts are generally observed solely, they may occasionally be associated with the other congenital abnormalities. In this article, MRI findings of intraparenchymal neuroepithelial cyst with focal cortical displasia is represented in a patient who was evaluated for the etiology of epileptic seizure.
