dc.description.abstractVenous thrombosis is a multifactorial disease, that genetic and environmental factors play a part. Especially, in the patients who have experienced recurrent venous thromboembolisms (VTE) and also in their relatives with similar clinical features; it might present as a congenital coagulation inhibitor deficiency that can cause hereditary thrombotic disease. Usually in young adults such as our patient one of the hereditary causes of the recurrent YTE, namely Protein S deficiency was detected.en_US
