In the present report a patient who applied to our emergency service with anticholinergic symptoms and diagnosed as having datura stramonium poisoning will be presented. Datura stramonium is a plant found widely in natural flora in Turkey. Oral intake of the plant may cause anticholinergic effects since it includes atropin, scopolamine and hyosiamine. Under standing and recognizing the classic signs and symptoms of anticholinergic intoxication can help clinicians to evaluate persons suffering from Datura poisoning.en_US
