Türkiye'deki şan yarışmalarında seslendirilen bas ve bas bariton eserlerinin özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye'de 1990 yılından günümüze dek şan yarışmalarında seslendirilmiş ve derece almış bas ve bas bariton eserlerinin özelliklerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma ile "Türkiye'deki şan yarışmalarında seslendirilen bas ve bas bariton eserlerinin özellikleri nedir?" sorusu çerçevesinde "Eserlerin dinamik özellikleri/ritmik özellikleri/ perdesel özellikleri/ icrasal özellikleri nasıldır ve bu özelliklere dayanarak genel bas-bariton repertuvarı içindeki yeterlilik seviyeleri nasıl değerlendirilir?" sorularına cevap aranmıştır. Bu çerçevede şan yarışmalarında seslendirilen ve değerlendirme sonrasında finale kalan veya yarışma kazandıran eserler arasından en çok seslendirilmiş olanlar listelenmiştir. Bas ve bariton solist sanatçılar ile oluşturulan uzman grubu ile yapılan detaylı görüşmelerle belirlenen ve özellikleri ortaya konulan dört eser tez kapsamında incelenerek yukardaki sorular cevaplanmıştır. Yarışmacıların şan tekniği ve sahne performansı anlamında seviyelerini sınadıkları bu yarışmalarda seslendirilen eserlerin, alanın yeterlilik ölçütleri ile ilgili belirleyici olduğu düşünülmektedir. Araştırma hem şan yarışmalarını hem de bas-bariton eserlerinin özelliklerini konu alan bilimsel bir çalışma olması nedeniyle özgün değer taşımaktadır. İlgili alandaki öğrenci, icracı ve eğitimcilerin kullanabileceği bu kaynağın, opera kabul sınavları ilgili alan jürilerinin değerlendirmelerinde olduğu kadar bestecilerin bas ve bas bariton ses türleri için eser yaratma süreçlerinde kullanışlı bir kaynak olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

The aim of this study is to determine the characteristics of bass and bass baritone works that have been performed and ranked in singing competitions in Turkey since 1990. With the research, In the framework of the question "What are the characteristics of bass and bass baritone works performed in singing competitions in Turkey?" answers to the questions "What are the dynamic features/rhythmic features/frequency features/performative features of the works and how are the proficiency levels in the general bass-baritone repertoire evaluated based on these features?" were sought. In this framework, the works that were performed in singing competitions and that made it to the finals or won the competition after the evaluation were listed. Four works, which were determined through detailed interviews with the expert group that is formed from bass and baritone soloists were examined within the scope of the thesis and the above questions were answered. It is presumed that these works are determinative regarding the proficiency criteria of the field where the contestants test their levels in terms of singing technique and stage performance. The research has a unique value as it is a scientific study that deals with both singing competitions and the characteristics of bass-baritone works. It is thought that this resource, which can be used by students, performers and educators in the related field, can also be a useful resource for composers in the process of creating works for bass and bass baritone voice types as well as relevant field juries in the opera audition exams.
