Özet
Tuberculosis is still the most common cause of primary adrenocortical insufficiency (Addison Disease) in underdeveloped countries, in contrast with the industrialized western populations, where the autoimmune (idiopathic) adrenal insufficiency is the most common. Meningeal and pulmonary tuberculosis was appeared ten months after the diagnosis of the disease and establishment of the replacement therapy in one of the our Addison patients. We present this case, because we couldn't find any report pointing out the relation between Addison Disease and meningeal tuberculosis.
