Familial Alzheimer disease: Two siblings

Alzheimer disease is the most common form of dementia. Familial Alzheimer disease (FAD) is inhereted as an autosomal dominant trait. FAD may account 10% of all cases. We report a family in which two brothers had Alzheimer disease.
