Electron paramagnetic resonance of gamma irradiated (CH3)(3)NHClO4 and CH3NH3ClO4 single crystals
Özet
Gamma irradiation damage centers in (CH3)(3)NHClO4 and CH3NH3ClO4 single crystals have been investigated at room temperature by the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique. It has been found that gamma-irradiation produces the (CH3)(3)N+ radical in the first, and NH3+ and ClO3 radicals in the second compound. The EPR parameters of the observed radicals have been determined and discussed. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
